ABOUT TIM
Putting His Experience
to Work
Tim has a broad range of education experiences from parenting three children through FCPS, to teaching at Virginia Tech.
Tim and Lisha have three adult children, all of whom graduated from Frederick County Public Schools. Schools they attended include Middletown Elementary, Robert E Aylor Middle School, and Sherando High School.
​
Tim earned a BS and MS in civil engineering from Virginia Tech, and then taught senior and graduate level engineering at Virginia Tech for four years.
​
Tim has served on the boards of two private schools.
​
Tim was a children’s Specialist ski instructor for eight years at a local ski resort.
